Requirements for a Return

• Return items must be in new condition
• Return items must include all original packing and contents including accessories
• Return items must be unused / unworn

How do I return an item?

Email us at  sales@bagreer.com  anytime with the following information:

• Order Number
• Item to return
• Item condition
• Why item is being returned 

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. 

How will Body Candy resolve my return?

Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.

Print the authorized return and include it in your return package. Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase date.

I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?

When we receive your return, it will take 3 to 5 days to process. When processing is complete you will receive an email that confirms your return authorization and we will process your store credit for the return.
